Katy B's debut album, 'On A Mission', features a range of electronic styles, including dubstep, drum 'n' bass and funky house. The South London singer first broke onto the UK scene in 2010 with her debut single, 'Katy On A Mission', which was produced by Benga, one of the biggest dubstep artists and a founder of the scene. The album is preceded by the single 'Lights On', which features Ms. Dynamite.

Having only heard a couple of Katy B's songs I was a little dubious when ordering this albul but decided to trust the reviews and give it a go! I have to say I was not in the least bit disappointed and would go as far to say its the best album I have bought in a long time! I'm loving every track on the album though my personal favourites are Katy on a Mission, Broken Record, Perfect Stranger, Hard to get and the hidden track no 13 Water. Katy B is such a talented young female artist and I always think we need more of them! So go on, add this CD to your collection! Like me, I'm sure you will not be disappointed!

I think this album is actually really good and definately worth the purchase. Katy B has such a soft and relaxing style to this album, and having heard it, i'm going to go see her live in november. The songs on the album which haven't been released as singles are all just as great.
