Love is in the air at the beginning of season two as both the Gilmore Girls find themselves in the midst of perfect, giddy relationships - or so they thought. Lorelai had accepted the proposal of English teacher Max and was excitedly planning her first wedding; Rory was back on happy footing with town hunk Dean after a dust-up near the end of season one that prompted a mini-break for the teen twosome.

However there's no such thing as smooth sailing in Stars Hollow because Lorelai gets a severe case of cold feet and Rory rather distracted by Jess, the bad boy newly arrived in town. Soon, Rory finds herself extremely attracted to Jess, while Lorelai rekindles the flame of passion that once burned long ago with Rory's father, Christopher, who makes his way back into her life despite a girlfriend in the wings.

Hearts break and mend, careers begin and end, folks stumble and pick themselves up in this award winning series that can only be described as blissfully brilliant!

Definitely one of the best shows i have watched!

This i one of the best drama/comedy shows i have ever seen. The performances that are given by Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel are spectacular and the supporting characters (Jared Padalecki,Keiko Agena,Scott Patterson,Milo Ventimiglia to name just a few.) fit into the show perfectley. This is definitely a show that the whole family can enjoy and will never want to miss.
