In the romantic comedy Ghost Town, Bertram Pincus (Ricky Gervais), is a dentist whose people skills leave much to be desired. During a routine dental surgery, Pincus dies unexpectedly, but is miraculously revived! He wakes up to discover that he now has the ability to see ghosts.
However, they all want something from him, particularly Frank Herlihy (Greg Kinnear) who pesters him into breaking up the impending marriage of his widow Gwen (Téa Leoni). That puts Pincus squarely in the middle of a triangle with spirited results!

Ricky Gervais at his best

Ricky Gervais was made for this film, the character he plays is hilarious, someone who hate people and like to be on his own is suddenly forced to do favors for ghosts and ends up falling a widow he makes friends with when her late husband wont leave him alone.
