Pre-Order Price Guarantee
If we lower our prices after you've pre-ordered (and we often do), we'll automatically charge you the lowest price when we ship the goods out to you.
Paying by Credit or Debit Card:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro (previously Switch)/Solo, and Visa Electron. hmv Gift Cards cannot be used for online purchases.

Your account will not be debited until your order has been despatched at which point our acceptance of your order takes place.
Each item on your order will be charged and dispatched to you separately.
Please ensure that the expiry date on your payment card is after the anticipated despatch date of your order as payment is taken on despatch. If the card has expired we will be unable to ship your order.
Pricing
All charges are in UK Pounds.
All overseas orders will be charged in their respective currencies based on current exchange rates. Payment will only be taken from your card on despatch of your order.
Please be aware that prices displayed in your shopping bag are the current prices of the goods and the amount you will be charged for each item when submitting your order.
