Where reasonably necessary, We reserve the right to make alterations to the published Event or programme. Our liability for the cancellation, rescheduling or material change to an Event is limited to the refund set out as follows:

We will not refund or exchange this Ticket unless the Event is cancelled or re-scheduled or there is a material change to the Event (such that in Our reasonable opinion the Event is materially different to what a purchaser of the Ticket might reasonably have expected when purchasing the Ticket). The use of understudies shall not be a material change. Refunds are equal to the full or partial face value of the Ticket which we shall reasonably determine depending upon the element of the Event which is cancelled, re-scheduled or materially changed plus the per ticket booking fee if applicable under the agents terms of sale (see individual agents Terms and Conditions) and should be obtained from the Agent from whom You purchased the Ticket, subject to their terms and conditions.

If an Event is rescheduled or materially changed You must claim Your refund in good time before the rescheduled or materially changed event takes place, if an Event is cancelled, You must claim Your refund within 3 months from the date of the Event.

What to do if you are caught out: If you do encounter problems contact your credit card issuer as soon as possible, also contact your local Trading Standards Office, and, if you believe a criminal offence has taken place, the police. If you are not sure that a criminal offence has taken place then ask advice first from your card issuer and local Trading Standards Office.

1. Right of admission to The Next Big Thing at Various London Venues (the ‘Event’) is reserved.

2. You must produce a valid ticket to gain entry to each Event.

3. Ticket holders are asked to carefully check their ticket prior to the Event. Mistakes may not be rectified on the day.

4. The Promoters are not liable for any tickets that are lost or stolen. The Ticket purchaser is solely responsible for the safe keeping of their ticket.

5. Tickets are barcoded and each barcode is unique and only allows one entry to the Event.

6. Removing the ticket stub invalidates the ticket.

7. Searching is a condition of entry to the Event. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances or contraband goods will be refused admission or ejected from the Event and may also be liable for prosecution. Any items found that may be used in an illegal or offensive manner will be confiscated.

8. The organisers reserve the right to change the line up, playing times or any other aspect of the Event without prior notification.

9. Tickets are non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances. Reselling a ticket for profit or commercial gain or use for competitions, promotions or hospitality packages without the express permission of the Promoter of the Event will void the ticket.

10. Tickets bought from unauthorised agents are not valid and admission to the Event with tickets purchased in this way will not be permitted.

11. In the event of cancellation of the Event only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.

12. Customers may be ejected from the Event if in the reasonable opinion of the promoter the ticket holder is a risk to the safety of any patron, is affecting the enjoyment of other patrons, and/or is affecting the running of the Event.

13. The Event is a glass free zone. Any glass bottles will be confiscated on arrival.

14. No food and drink (whether alcoholic or not) can be brought on to the Event. There are licensed bars at the Event.

15. Persons suspected of carrying out illegal and/or offensive activities on the Event will be searched and may be ejected from the Event.

16. No animals (with the exception of Guide dogs) will be allowed on the Event.

17. WARNING: Please note that prolonged exposure to amplified sound may cause permanent hearing damage.

18. The event is Strictly Over 14 years old only, and photographic ID may be required to gain entry. The Event will not allow admission to people Under 16 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. You may be required to provide ID that proves your age and entry may be refused without this.

19. The organisers of the Event may record the Event via video, photograph or any other recordable media. Your purchase of a ticket and your attendance at the Event shall constitute your approval for inclusion within the filming (whether video or photographic) and audio recording and your approval and permission for the Organisers to make full use (including commercial use) of the recordings and the footage taken without any recourse to.

20. Please consider our neighbours and leave the Event site quietly.
