Order the album + event entry bundle online to secure your place at the event. Subject to availability, while stocks last.

Pre-ordered album + event entry bundles (album + wristband for entry) will be available to collect from the relevant store on the day of the event.

If you cancel or don’t collect your order, your refund will be limited to the price of the physical item(s), minus any bundle discount, as event entry is non-refundable. 

After placing your order, please Contact Us if you require assisted access to an event and we will do our utmost to accommodate you, where possible. Please note that these spaces will be very limited and are available on a first come, first served basis. If you require assistance please ensure you contact us as soon as you have placed the order so that we can do our utmost to help you. If you do not contact us ahead of the event we cannot guarantee that you will have the assistance you require.

To secure your place at the event, payment for event bundles is processed via PayPal only, with payment taken as soon as the order is placed. You may receive an email from PayPal regarding payment, however, acceptance of your order is only confirmed upon the receipt of an order confirmation email from hmv.com. Please check your spam or junk folder if this hasn’t reached you within 24 hours of placing the order. 

Please note that photography restrictions may apply as well as reasonable social distancing between the artist and those attending the event. 

All events are subject to change or cancellation at short notice. Any changes will be notified by social media.
