Released: 19th February 2007. British chiller from 1971 about a fiend preying on young girls attending a posh school. Tessa Hurst (Lesley-Anne Down) is abducted and raped in the grounds of her private school. The youngster is struck dumb by her traumatic experience, leaving detectives very little to go on. Shortly thereafter Susan Miller (Annabel Littledale), another girl from the same school is also molested in the same manner, only she dies as a result. The school's art teacher Julie West (Suzy Kendall) accidentally witnesses the killer as he's taking flight this time. In an ill-advised move, she decides to play the bait in a trap to catch the rapist. The subsequent police investigation turns up many suspects ranging from the Headmistress's hubby to Lomax, (James Laurenson) the doctor treating the first victim. The idea of giving the first victim truth serum to loosen her tongue is hatched but what happens next, no-one could have predicted.
