hmv book week celebrations
Celebrating the opening of the new hmv bookshop on the second floor at 363 Oxford Street, London, there will be a series of special events exploring many aspects of music culture, those artists involved and the authors who have documented them.
Events at hmv 363 Oxford Street, London for the week commencing 16th December include:
- Wednesday 18 December 6:30pm - Saint Etienne - A Book At Night Time - Sian Pattenden in conversation with Bob Stanley and Pete Wiggs
- Friday 20 December 6:30pm - Glen Matlock 'A Punk Rock Christmas' in conversation with Sian Pattenden
Access to these events can be guaranteed in advance by pre-ordering an e-ticket* on the links below. In addition, there will be spaces available on the day up to capacity, subject to availability.
e-Tickets will be sent 2 days prior to each event.
*e-Tickets are strictly non-refundable.
e-Tickets are issued via the hmvTickets app, please click here for more details. The QR code will activate approximately 1 hour before the event begins, ready to be scanned on entry. There are no printed tickets for this event, and tickets will not be sent by email.
There will be books and albums available by the artists, which can be purchased at the store on the day of the events, subject to availability.
To secure your place at the event, payment for event bundles is processed via PayPal only, with payment taken as soon as the order is placed.

A valid UK mobile phone number is required to attend an event. If you are ordering e-tickets, your phone number will be used to send them to the hmv tickets app. You can download this at the relevant app store (App store or Google Play).

You may receive an email from PayPal regarding payment, however, acceptance of your order is only confirmed upon the receipt of an order confirmation email from hmv.com. Please check your spam or junk folder if this hasn't reached you within 24 hours of placing the order.
