At HMV and Fopp, we are committed to ensuring that all products sold through our stores and hmv.com meet the highest quality and safety standards. Occasionally, a product may need to be recalled due to unforeseen issues.

HOW WE NOTIFY CUSTOMERS

We aim to notify customers of recalls as quickly as possible through:

  • Email notifications (if contact details are available)
  • In-store signage
  • Updates on this page

WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE A RECALLED PRODUCT

  • Check the details: Confirm that your product matches the affected product name, batch number, or other identifiers listed.
  • Stop using the product: If advised in the recall notice, discontinue use immediately.
  • For online purchases: Contact our Customer Service team via our Help Centre for assistance with returns and refunds.
  • For in-store purchases: Visit the store where you bought the item with the product and proof of purchase.

CURRENT PRODUCT RECALLS

Orion Turtle Chips 80g

  • Date of recall: 26 February 2025
  • Best Before Dates: 10 April 2025, 24 April 2025

Unisnacks Europe Limited is recalling Orion Turtle Chips 80g due to the presence of wheat, soybean, and milk allergens, which are not declared in the ingredients list.

If you have purchased an affected product from an HMV store with any of the listed Best Before Dates and have an allergy, intolerance, or sensitivity to wheat, soy, or milk, do not consume it. Please return the product to your local store for a refund.
