Album and e-ticket bundles are available exclusively for delivery to UK addresses. Each e-ticket allows entry for one person only.

To secure your place at the event, payment for bundles is processed via PayPal only. Payment is taken as soon as the order is placed. You may receive an email from PayPal regarding payment; however, your order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from hmv.com.

Please check your spam or junk folder if this has not arrived within 24 hours of placing your order.

E-tickets are strictly non-refundable.

E-tickets are issued via the hmvtickets app by 6pm on Friday 4 December. For more details on how and when you will receive your e-ticket, visit this support page. The QR code will activate approximately one hour before the event begins, ready to be scanned on entry. There are no printed tickets for this event, and tickets will not be sent by email.

Please ensure the name and UK mobile phone number of the person attending the event are used when placing your order, as these details will be used to create the e-ticket(s) sent to the hmvtickets app. If you order multiple bundles, you will receive multiple e-tickets, which can be transferred to friends via the app.

Download and register the hmvtickets app in advance to save time. Customers who have not registered will receive an SMS with details on how to download the app and access their e-tickets.

Please note: this event is 14+. Under 16s must be accompanied by someone aged 18 or over. The venue operates a Challenge 25 policy, and valid photo ID may be required. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry.

The number of album bundles available per customer is limited. E-ticket-only orders are limited to one per customer. Please support the artist by purchasing an album bundle; this also helps us continue to offer these special events.

E-tickets are strictly non-refundable. If an event is rescheduled, customers have one month from notification of the change to cancel their order. If an event is cancelled, we will contact you regarding a refund.

If part of a bundle is returned or refunded, any bundle discount will be removed and the retained item will revert to full price, with any remaining balance refunded.
