After losing his sight, Ad Exec Jon Ratcliff (Joseph Bottoms, The Black Hole) is fitted with an experimental device that partially returns his vision. Only... Although he can't 'see' very much, one night he catches a glimpse of a notorious killer. Is it enough to find the psycho? And can he do it before the murderer catches up with him?
