The show follows demon hunter and occult detective John Constantine (voice of Matt Ryan) as he uses his magical powers and knowledge of the occult to protect the world from dark supernatural threats. After the daughter of his old friend Chas Chandler (Damian O'Hare) falls into a coma, Constantine is enlisted to investigate the mystery and discovers her soul has been stolen by evil forces. As the pair travel to Los Angeles to reclaim the lost soul, Constantine must battle demons from Hell and his past if he is to succeed and defeat his arch nemesis.
