Horror thriller directed by Don Sharp starring Christopher Lee and Joan Collins. Marr's Grove is derelict and rumoured to be haunted. When the owner Andrew Marr dies, Edward Foster (Robert Hardy) inherits the estate, unaware that Marr's former doctor Ian Mandeville (Lee) and Mandeville's sister Sarah (Collins) are searching for money supposedly hidden somewhere in the mansion, as is solicitor Mr Prescott (Herbert Lom). Edward is increasingly affected by the estate's long-dead former residents, descending into madness and putting everyone in the house in danger. Jean Marsh and Jane Birkin also star.
