After abandoning his efforts to find a cure for all known diseases, Dr. Henry Jekyll (Ralph Bates) focuses his efforts on creating an elixir of life. Deciding to create his potion using female hormones taken from fresh corpses, Jekyll mixes the ingredients into a serum and drinks it. However, it's not long before he finds himself undergoing a series of changes as the serum not only begins altering his character but also his gender, transforming him into a woman. Realising that he needs a regular supply of female hormones for his serum to maintain its effect, Jekyll sets out on a murderous rampage to get what he needs. The cast also includes Gerald Sim, Lewis Fiander and Susan Brodrick.
