Immersive documentary and an ode to past and present Belfast from film-maker Mark Cousins. Helena Bereen is Belfast itself, 10,000 years old, and reassuringly responds to Cousin's concerns for his hometown, including the haunting legacy of the Troubles. Cousins, who walked every street of the city with his camera, intersperses Helena as Belfast personified with clips of the usually mundane or commonplace to lead viewers on a sensory journey.
