Nelson) used to be one of the world's greatest superheroes, known to all as 'Mr. Incredible' - saving lives and fighting evil on a daily basis. But now, 15 years later, Bob and his wife Helen (Holly Hunter) - also known as former superhero Elastigirl - have adopted civilian identities and retreated to the suburbs to live normal lives with their three children. Now Bob's a clock-punching insurance claims adjuster, fighting boredom and a bulging waistline. Itching to get back into action, Bob gets his chance when a mysterious communication summons him to a remote island for a top-secret assignment. In the sequel 'Incredibles 2' (2018) Bob is left at home to take care of the kids when Helen is given a new job fighting crime in her guise as Elastigirl. Struggling to maintain order after discovering his youngest son has developed extremely potent superpowers, Bob is once again called on to take on his role as Mr. Incredible and join forces with Helen and best friend Frozone (Samuel L. Jackson) when a mysterious new supervillain begins causing havoc in the city.
