Collection of five action adventures from Marvel Studios. In 'Captain America: Civil War' (2016) set after 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' (2015), an incident resulting in a law to regulate the activity of the Avengers causes a divide between the group of superheroes. The Avengers become split into two opposing factions, headed by Captain America (Chris Evans) and Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr), while a new villain threatens the safety of the world. Will the superheroes be able to defeat their common enemy and repair the schism? In 'Doctor Strange' (2016) Benedict Cumberbatch stars as Doctor Stephen Strange, an ill-tempered and self-centred neurosurgeon whose professional life is ruined when his hands are severely damaged in a car crash and he is left unable to operate. Undefeated, Doctor Strange sets out to find a cure and encounters the Ancient One (Tilda Swinton), who has the power to restore his hands and tutor him and others in the magic arts, in the hope of producing the next Sorcerer Supreme. With the help of fellow student Karl Mordo (Chiwetel Ejiofor), Doctor Strange must put his new-found powers to good use as the sudden arrival from an alternate dimension of corrupted sorcerer Kaecilius (Mads Mikkelsen) spreads terror throughout the city of New York. In 'Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2' (2017) pilot Peter Quill aka Star-Lord (Chris Pratt) leads his team of unlikely heroes, including alien Gamora (Zoe Saldana), warrior Drax the Destroyer (Dave Bautista), tree-like humanoid Baby Groot (voice of Vin Diesel) and raccoon Rocket (Bradley Cooper), as they continue their adventures throughout the darkest reaches of space. While struggling to keep their new-found family together, the gang come up against all manner of foes as they attempt to help Quill solve the mystery surrounding the true identity of his father. In 'Spider-Man: Homecoming' (2017) 15-year-old Peter Parker (Tom Holland) is struggling with the everyday turmoil of being a teenager, including school, homework and having a crush on a girl who's out of his league, but also has to deal with the fact that he is Spider-Man and has the ability to change the world. When he meets with Tony Stark aka Iron Man, a seasoned superhero who tries to pass on some words of wisdom, Peter is told that his priority should be working hard at school to get good grades, not donning his Spider-Man suit and fighting crime, but for Peter the urge to stop bad guys is just too overwhelming and he tries to find a way to do both. In 'Thor: Ragnarok' (2017), set after the events of 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' (2015), Thor (Chris Hemsworth) finds himself imprisoned on the far side of the universe without the use of his famed hammer. With the villainous and ruthless goddess Hela (Cate Blanchett) looking to instigate Ragnarok, the destruction of Asgard and the entire Asgardian civilisation, Thor faces a race against time to return to his home world and stop Hela's evil scheme before it's too late.
