The film follows Brady Blackburn (Brady Jandreau), a young rodeo star who has his career cut short when he suffers a serious head injury in a riding accident. With his family living in poverty and threatened with the loss of their home, Brady's father sells his horse, forcing Brady to take a job as a store clerk in order to try and make ends meet. However, it's not long before Brady's burning ambition to ride takes over once more as he ignores medical advice and enters an upcoming competition in a bid to fulfil his dream of making it as a rodeo rider.
