In response to an overwhelming demand from fans, singer-songwriter Alexis Strum announces the highly anticipated release of her critically acclaimed album 'Cocoon'. After a myriad of delays and setbacks in 2006, 'Cocoon' never saw the light of day despite its singles picking up significant TV and radio airplay in the UK. This year, Alexis's story of being an 'almost popstar' went viral on Twitter (500k views) and TikTok. In response to the demand, the album is finally getting a limited-edition release. 'Cocoon' boasts songwriting and production credits from the likes of Billy Steinberg (Madonna, Whitney Houston) and Pascal Gabriel (Dido, Kylie Minogue). Featuring heartfelt and introspective tracks that have resonated with audiences, the album encapsulates Strum's gift as an evocative storyteller, offering emotional depth and timeless appeal. The release of 'Cocoon' marks a momentous occasion for Strum's devoted fanbase. This special edition expanded CD includes never-before-released bonus tracks. It features original album artwork from Salvador Design who has worked on iconic designs for the likes of Jake Bugg, Kaiser Chiefs and The Libertines.
