Anoushka Shankar, the acclaimed sitar player, producer and composer, has confirmed details of the second instalment of the trilogy of mini-albums she began with 'Chapter I: Forever, For Now' in October 2023. 'Chapter II: How Dark it Is Before Dawn' will be released by Leiter on vinyl and via all digital platforms on April 5, 2024, and will be preceded by a single, 'New Dawn', on February 23. The series follows 'Between Us...', her live album for Leiter, a collaboration with Jules Buckley and the Metropole Orkest nominated for 2023's Best Global Music Album Grammy. Shankar also sets out on an Australian and Indian tour in the New Year, with further European dates beginning in April.
