£36.99

Released: 11th September 2026. NOW Music proudly presents the next release in the ‘ERA’ series with NOW That’s What I Call An Era: One More Time: 1996-2007, celebrating the explosion of pure pop that dominated the charts in the late ‘90s and the first years of the new millennium Pressed across three stunning coloured vinyl LPs – pink, blue and green – this collection brings together 48 tracks showcasing the biggest stars, unforgettable singalongs and defining hits from one of pop’s most successful eras. LP1 opens with Britney Spears’ era-defining debut smash hit (and influence for our title) ‘...Baby One More Time’, before moving to huge #1s from S Club, Five and Girls Aloud. Pop anthems from Sugababes and 911 follow ahead of massive hits from the U.S. from Backstreet Boys and *NSYNC closing side one…flip the LP over for Take That, with ‘How Deep Is Your Love’, the last single from their original run and Atomic Kitten’s timeless #1 ‘Whole Again’. Pure pop classics from Steps, Aqua and A*Teens are up next while U.K. boy-bands found massive success: A1 hit the top with ‘Same Old Brand New You’, Blue released their debut ‘All Rise’, and to finish the first LP Westlife’s enduring ballad and third chart-topper ‘Flying Without Wings’. LP2 opens with the song that launched a global phenomenon as the Spice Girls burst onto the scene in 1996 with ‘Wannabe’, followed by more #1s from All Saints with ‘Never Ever’ and Christina Aguilera with her debut ‘Genie In A Bottle’. Boyzone’s beautiful ‘No Matter What’ is next alongside feel-good, fun pop from B*Witched and Hanson, ahead of #1s from Liberty X with ‘Just A Little’ and Hear’Say’s debut ‘Pure & Simple’ – both groups coming from the massive ‘Pop Stars’ TV talent contest…while over on Side 2, Steps kick the side off with their chart-topping cover of ‘Tragedy’. Massive Europe-wide hits from Las Ketchup, O-Zone, and t.A.T.u. are up next along with a trio of breakthrough British pop stars as Billie Piper, Busted and McFly all celebrated their debut hits, and the LP is completed by Robbie Williams with his #1 smash ‘Rock DJ’. LP4 opens with a pair of the era’s most iconic international pop smashes, Backstreet Boys  with ‘I Want It That Way’ and Britney Spears’ ‘Oops!...I Did It Again’. Up next, some of the slickest dance-pop to hit the charts from Rachel Stevens, Sugababes and Girls Aloud – the latter two making their second appearance on this collection along with A1 who enjoyed their first #1 with their cover of ‘Take On Me’, Spice Girls with ‘Stop’ and closing the side, S Club with their signature pop gem ‘Reach’… and it’s Westlife’s soaring #1 ‘You Raise Me Up’ opening the last side before a powerhouse ballad from Leona Lewis along with some of the new Millennium’s most enduring pop anthems; Sophie Ellis-Bextor’s ‘Murder On The Dancefloor’, Scissor Sisters’ ‘I Don’t Feel Like Dancin’’, MIKA’s ‘Grace Kelly’ and Natasha Bedingfield with ‘These Words’ before the collection closes with a pair of stellar ballads: Pop Idol winner Will Young features with ‘Leave Right Now’ ahead of Take That’s triumphant comeback single ‘Patience’ which hit the #1 spot ten years after the bands’ original run – and provides the perfect finale to an unforgettable celebration of pure pop treasures. From global superstars and chart-topping favourites to enduring pop anthems that defined a very special time in music, NOW That’s What I Call An Era: One More Time: 1996-2007 is the ultimate soundtrack to one of pop’s most unforgettable periods.
