Formed in Detroit in 1969, 100 Proof could be seen as soul's equivalent to the 'supergroups', boasting two of the most distinctive voices of 1960s soul, Joe Stubbs and Clyde Wilson. 'Somebody's Been Sleeping in My Bed' is the group's first LP, originally released in 1970 on Holland-Dozier-Holland's label Hot Wax Records. It includes the massive hits 'Too Many Cooks' and 'Somebody's Been Sleeping'.
