'Son of My Father' is the sole studio album by English pop group, Chicory Tip. The album is best known for its title track which was No. 1 on the UK Singles Charts for three weeks in 1972, selling over a million copies. It was also notable for being the first UK No. 1 to prominently feature a Moog synthesiser. The album features two tracks ('Son of My Father' and 'What's Your Name') co-written by legendary Italian producer, Giorgio Moroder, which became his first international hits.
