Access to this event is limited to e-Ticket holders only, order the album + event entry bundle below to secure your place (subject to availability, while stocks last).

Album & e-ticket bundles are available exclusively for delivery to UK addresses only. Each e-ticket allows entry to the event for one person only.

To secure your place at the event, payment for event bundles is processed via PayPal only, with payment taken as soon as the order is placed. You may receive an email from PayPal regarding payment, however, acceptance of your order is only confirmed upon the receipt of an order confirmation email from hmv.com. Please check your spam or junk folder if this hasn't reached you within 24 hours of placing the order.

If you cancel or don't collect your order, your refund will be limited to the price of the physical item(s), minus any bundle discount, as event entry is non-refundable.

e-tickets will be issued via the hmvTickets app by 6pm on Wednesday 15 July, please click here for more details. The QR code will activate approximately 1 hour before the event begins, ready to be scanned on entry. There are no printed tickets for this event, and tickets will not be sent by email.

Please ensure the name and UK mobile phone number of the person attending this event are used when placing your order as these details will be used to create the e-ticket(s) which will be sent to the hmvTickets app. If ordering multiple album bundles, you will receive multiple e-tickets which can be transferred to your friends via the app.

Albums will be sent out via your chosen delivery method, while e-Tickets will be sent to the hmv Tickets app, using the phone number entered below. Click here to download the hmv Tickets app now to save time. Customers who have not registered with the hmvTickets app will be sent an SMS text message with full details of how to download the hmvTickets app and receive their e-tickets.

*e-tickets are strictly non-refundable. In the event that an event has been rescheduled, customers will have one month from the date that they were made aware of the change to cancel their order. If an event has been cancelled, we'll be in touch regarding a refund.

Should part of an event entry bundle be returned or refunded, the bundle discount will be removed from the order and the item that is retained will revert to full price, with any remaining amount refunded.
