Which order should I watch the Superman films in?

The Superman universe is huge, with plenty of spin-offs and adaptations. However, to follow the ultimate superhero's origin story, it's best to view it in this order:

Is there a new Superman film coming soon?

Yes. Better yet, there are two! Supergirl flew into cinemas in June 2026 with a cameo by Superman himself. The adventure begins when a ruthless enemy strikes close to home, sending Superman's cousin Kara Zor‑El on an action-packed space adventure with an unlikely ally, balancing justice and plenty of cosmic chaos along the way.

Then there's Man of Tomorrow, set for release in July 2027. The film will see Superman and his arch-enemy Lex Luthor forced into an unlikely alliance against a powerful new threat. With James Gunn directing and the future of the DC Universe riding high, this is already shaping up to be a must-watch superhero event.
