MUSIC AND VISUAL

Looking to get your music or visual products on the shelves of HMV, Fopp, and our online store? Here's what you need to know:

• Distribution is key: We typically work with established music and visual distributors who already have a relationship with us. This ensures a smooth experience for both our stores and customers, and offers you potential cost benefits.
• We have many distribution partners: We collaborate with a wide network of distributors. If you would like details of some of the distributors that we use and that you could approach, please email us and be sure to include full details of the music or visual that you wish us to consider stocking.
• Quality and marketability matter: We consider several factors when making stocking decisions, including pricing, sales potential and your marketing plans. While having a distribution deal helps, it doesn't guarantee your product will be selected.

LOCAL ARTISTS AND BANDS

If you're an artist or band without a record label distribution deal, but you're interested in being stocked in your local HMV or Fopp store, please visit our dedicated pages for local artists. 

POP CULTURE AND BOOKS 

Our customers crave the coolest stuff; clothing, must-have collectables, figurines, plush, toys, posters and loads more. We also curate a world of books with cult classics, timeless fiction and the latest graphic novels. Think you have the next must-have pop culture product? Please let us know.

       

TECHNOLOGY 

Looking to get your headphones, speakers, turntables or tech accessories on our shelves? We partner with top brands such as Skullcandy, House of Marley, Audio Technica and Sony, and we're always on the lookout for innovative new products.

To help us review your proposal, your email should include the following, where applicable:

• A brief introduction to you and your business - who you are, what you do, and why your product is a great fit for our customers
• A clear description of your product or range
• Website and social media links
• Full contact details, including your name, company name, address, and phone number
• Trade pricing and any minimum order quantities
• Details of your current retail or online stockists
• Any marketing, PR, or promotional plans you have in place
• Images, lookbooks, or supporting materials

Our buyers will be in touch if they're interested in exploring the opportunity further.
